Shipping + Handling


I live in New Zealand and I have just placed an order with the Mavis and Osborn Store, how long will it take to get my order?

 If it is in stock, your order will be processed and sent out within 2 days, if it needs to be made to order it will be processed and made in 14 working days, then your order will then be sent out via Courier.

You will be sent an expected delivery date when we recieve your order,

We use Courier Post for delivery within New Zealand Shipping 


All our orders within New Zealand are sent by Courier Post. The delivery time is overnight to main centres and up to 3 working days for smaller centres and rural delivery, we will let you know when your package has been sent so you can track and trace it.

I live somewhere else in the world and I have just placed an order with the Mavis and Osborn Store, how long will it take to get my order? 

If it is in stock we will process your order within 2 days and send it to you via DHL Express, if it needs to be made to order, it will take 14 working days to be made and then will be sent Via DHL Express - on receipt of your order we will email you to let you know when it will be sent.  

Australia — Flat rate of $20 — 3-5 working days from dispatch
Rest of world — Flat rate of $45 — 7-10 working days from dispatch

For purchases outside of New Zealand, Mavis and Osborn is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

Your signature and ID will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your order when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Delivery takes 3-10 working days, depending on where you live. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the courier service are out of our control.

Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Any orders placed from Friday 12pm will be sent Monday subject to stock availability. 

You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

We will notify you upon reciept of your order if there is any delay in your sending your order. If for some reason its just not right, we offer returns & stress free exchanges.

Mavis and Osborn is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you free of charge. 

All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.

We will happily accept returns of items that do not fit correctly or that are faulty and swap them for the right size if available.

Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days (within New Zealand) and 14 days (internationally) upon receipt of delivery.

Returns must be sent back with track and trace courier, we do not hold any responsibility for the return until it has been received and signed for.
