We offer Flat Rate $10 shipping on all New Zealand orders. All Australian orders will incur a $30NZD shipping charge. All other international orders will incur a $50NZD shipping charge. (Excluding duties and taxes) Laundry baskets are charged individually for shipping please select this at the checkout.

Please note delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and does not include any hold ups that may occur due to local Custom procedures. Orders are dispatched multiple times everyday from Monday to Friday.
Change of heart?
We have a hassle free returns policy, and we accept returns for any reason - sizing, colour, or if you've simply changed your mind. We offer a store credit not a refund.
You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you want to return the garment, and we will let you know how to proceed. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
We can only offer you a store credit if you return the item in first quality and that the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
The store credit will be provided in the form of an online code that can be used at checkout online. You do not have to use the full value all at once, and the code is valid during all sales and promotions online. The store credit will not expire.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the package delivery date.
All our garments and products are quality controlled before they leave our studio, however If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us email@example.com explaining the fault. Once the item is received we will assess the fault. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. We have a 90 day return policy for any faulty items. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty.
If your item is indeed faulty, we offer a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
This policy applies to all national and international orders.
If you are purchasing Mavis and Osborn products and you live outside of New Zealand please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by Mavis and Osborn.
