Patchwork Blue Linen Laundry Basket
These linen laundry bags have been made from patchwork offcuts saved from our cutting process. Each one is unique, although patches are of similar size and shape. Get in touch if you'd like to see more photos of patterns in stock.
Constructed of recycled steel and natural linen with aged leather detailing and a focus on ethical manufacturing, with a removable and machine washable fabric laundry bag.
Small: 37cm diameter / 55cm high
Large: 37cm diameter / 75cm high
We recommend giving your laundry bag an iron before setting it up on your frame. The shipping process means that it needs to be folded, and these fold lines show without a hot press. If your bag is looking a bit tired after a lot of use, give it another iron to freshen it up.
Before using your basket, we recommend turning the bag inside out, spraying with white wine vinegar and leaving it in the sunshine.
- Not suitable for wet garments. Placing damp laundry in the basket can cause odour and mildew in the linen bag over time.
- If you require a removable liner, we make these. Email us about one.
- Empty and air between washes. Tip the basket out and leave it open so the linen can breathe.
- Turn the bag inside out and line dry in sunshine.
- Never store the liner damp. Spray with vinegar and allow the bag to dry fully in the sun before placing it back on the steel frame.
